RESET SUNDAY 🫶🌱 Full day of eating vlog

RECIPES FROM THIS VIDEO:
Pfannkuchen (1 serving):
-70g flour
-a pinch of sugar
-a pinch of salt
-100ml milk
-40ml sparkling water (or more milk)
Whisk until it’s a smooth batter. Add a ladleful to a hot pan and spread out thinly almost like a crêpe.
Fry on both sides on medium heat until golden brown.
Serve with your favorite spread (works sweet or salty).
Green goddess (kinda) dressing:
-1/2 avocado
-3 TBSP unsweetened vegan yogurt or quark
-a bunch of fresh herbs (I used dill, parsley and cilantro)
-juice of 1/2 lemon
-salt and pepper to taste
-1 clove garlic
-optionally: a pinch of sugar
Blend until smooth.
Mix with finely chopped veggies and enjoy with nachos.
Potato plate:
-3 medium potatoes
Peel and boil for 7mins.
Cut in slices, mix with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika and lemon juice.
Air fry at 200C/400F for 15-20mins.
-100g firm tofu
Tear in chunks.
-2 TSP sweet soy sauce
-1 TSP Mayas magic allrounder or curry powder
-salt to taste
Mix and air fry at 200C/400F for 8mins.
-some broccoli, blanched for 4mins
-a handful chopped mint
-salt
-1 TBSP lemon juice
Mix.
Serve everything with leftover green goddess dressing.

Hey this is a great recipe. But I noticed you’re a little skinny. I don’t care but I love your personality it’s so funny and nice. I made the spinach pasta which was delicious and delightful. Don’t let these hate comments get to you!

I'm not a vegetarian but I do like tofu here and there. I just soak medium firm tofu overnight in a marinade similar to the herbs and spice for the meal I will be using it in. Usually the base of the merinade is a vegi broth. I think I do it completely vegetarian to see if I could stand being a vegetarian.

Unfortunately you're white, and what people mean by authentic is someone of the culture making it. White people have had an issue with taking things and distorting it and it losses it's cultural meaning. But if you credit the "authentic" methods in your video it helps shield you from scrutiny.
Actual tasty lazy pasta recipe yall: Cook pasta with salt+ a *little* pinch of msg mix (optional i invented that part) Drain it almost completely Add fresh salvia/sage and fresh basil only if you have it Add spoonfull of butter Enjoy Source: i grew up w my nonna teaching me and she was the best cook in the family and was well know as a damn good one in her part of the neighborhood after she moved from Merano to Catanzaro

I make this but with either pure maple syrup or dark brown sugar. Pinch of sea salt and dash vanilla✨✨✨✨✨✨
You can also make something called poor man's cheese by taking ANY grain powder and adding it to brine. To speed up the process, add kefir and sugar. The lactobacillus and yeasts will convert the grain into something that very much resembles a cheese within a week or two. Just remember to stir once every day
